Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that once you book and pay for a session, LeanOn reserves that time exclusively for you and the mental health professional.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will incur a penalty equal to the consultant fee with no refund issued.
  • No cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel 24 hours prior to the session.
  • LeanOn currently does not support rescheduling directly. Please cancel any existing appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment and book a new appointment for rescheduling.
  • All bookings are confirmed after payment.

Refunds

  • For cancellations by a mental health professional on LeanOn, full fees will be refunded.
  • For client-initiated cancellations due mental health professional no show or any dispute, refunds will be processed after consultant approval.
  • Gateway charges/transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment. Processing typically takes 5 to 7 working days. LeanOn is not responsible for delays due to the Payment Gateway or Cardholder’s issuing bank.
